Whisper - Caramel Tortie Point with White Oriental

My latest addition - Whisper is an Oriental Bi-colour. I hadn't intended to breed orientals but I had the opportunity to give this lovely little girl a home. At the time I thought she was a Siamese and upon reading her pedigree discovered that her father is a Siamese Cream point and her mum an Oriental Bi-colour. With some help and advice from a friend that breeds and show orientals learnt the basics for colouring and rules and regulations of the GCCF for the bi-colour and as of June they can gain Champion status at shows. This has been very much a learning curve for me.

Whisper is a wonderful little girl and so affectionate, she thrives on kisses and cuddles and can usually be found curled up on my lap or over my shoulder like a baby sleeping. She settled in with my other cats really well, Whisper is a month older than Mia but the way they get along you would think they were litter mates. I am looking forward to seeing kittens that her and Kiyan make, not sure at this time when I will mate them as she hasn't called yet, no doubt she will when she's ready. I do hope to show Whisper at some point, but have a lot going on at the moment so probably not at the moment.
